This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Belanet collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Subscriber”) of the Belanet website and any services provided by Belanet (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to the website and all products and services offered by Belanet.

**Billing and Subscription Terms**

– All services rendered are strictly on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified within the Subscriber Agreement.
– All internet invoices are payable in advance on or before the 7th of every month.

**Ordering of Service**

Persons wishing to obtain a service must apply by completing and signing an application form.

– For outdoor transfer of an existing service to a different premises, it will be treated as:
a) An order to terminate the service at the existing premises, and
b) An order for the provision of a new service at a different premises.
– Belanet reserves the right to refuse service if the applicant fails to meet the conditions of Belanet’s credit referencing procedure.
– Should a customer cancel or modify an order resulting in abortive costs for Belanet, the customer shall be liable for such costs.

**Installation of Services**

Belanet shall install the service requested by the customer against payment of the relevant installation charge and deposit, if applicable.

**Maintenance of Services**

– Belanet shall maintain the service against payment of relevant charges.
– A service shall be deemed in good working order until advised otherwise.
– Repair work during normal office hours will incur normal-hours maintenance charges and call-out fees.
– Repair work after hours will incur after-hours maintenance charges and call-out fees.

**Service Interruptions Liability Clause**

– Belanet acknowledges that service interruptions may occur due to various factors and shall not be liable for resulting damages, losses, or inconveniences.
– Belanet will work to minimize disruptions and promptly restore services.

**Use of Services**

Belanet reserves the right to change any allocated number, code, password, or user identity for use in connection with the service and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such changes.

**Suspension of Service**

Belanet reserves the right to suspend any service on accounts that are in arrears.

**Cancellation of Service**

Belanet requires written notice of cancellation to initiate a client’s 30-day notice period after which the service will be suspended.

**POPI Act Compliance**

Belanet processes personal information in accordance with the POPI Act, including information related to:
– Employees
– Clients
– Vendors
– Stakeholders
– Governing bodies

Belanet collects general information such as name, surname, address, contact details, labor-related information, client and vendor information, stakeholder and governing body interests, statutory information, and marketing information.

Belanet vows to protect personal information as prescribed by the POPI Act, actively managing risks of breach on a daily basis.
