They will establish a secure connection through an external wall to link it with your wireless router using a cable, ensuring it is positioned as near to your primary computer as feasible.
What Does 'Uncapped' Mean?
At Belanet, we offer uncapped internet service, meaning we don't impose data limits or scrutinize your bandwidth usage. Our monitoring primarily focuses on ensuring the stability and reliability of customer connections, with no cause for concern for regular users. In rare instances where our system detects unusual activity that could be attributed to a virus affecting your connection, we will proactively reach out to address the issue.
How do I sign up?
You have two convenient options to request a site survey. You can submit your request online, or simply give us a call during our office hours. Our team will assess your location to evaluate its suitability for our service and schedule an installation appointment for your internet connection. It's important to note that Belanet plans come with a flexible month-to-month contract, with service charges billed on a monthly basis.
